I travel between Russia and California frequently. The differences in cultures, everyday life, and especially the cuisine are very interesting to me; and so are the similarities. I am constantly surprised by the people, my surroundings, and my experiences. My friends in Russia love my American cooking and I like to focus on bringing American Flavors to Russia. The local Russian cooking techniques and common flavors are also things I try to integrate into my own menus. I hope you will enjoy the fusion of my Californian cuisine roots and my love of Russian culture and history in my food.
