Mary C. Moore

Mary started reading at an early age and could always be found with her nose in a book throughout her childhood. Her love of reading continued, as she earned her B.S. in biology from the University of California San Diego, so it was a natural progression to start writing during her off time. She was a veterinarian’s assistant, then a field biologist, and then a zookeeper at the San Francisco Zoo, while she wrote her first novel. Eventually her passion for writing and books caused her to veer off her original path and drew her to publishing. She graduated from Mills College, Oakland with a MFA in Creative Writing and English in 2011, and is currently a Literary Agent at Kimberley Cameron & Associates, as well as a published author.
