Charles J. Volpe

Charles J. Volpe is President of Excalibur Insurance Management Services LLC. In addition, Chuck serves as Attorney-in-fact for the Housing and Redevelopment Insurance Exchange, a public entity insurance provider that was established through the efforts of Chuck’s late father Charles Volpe Sr. Following his academic career with the University of Scranton and Duquesne School of Law, Charles applies the same dedication and commitment to delivering on key commitments with Excalibur and H.A.R.I.E. Since Chuck has taken over the reins, H.A.R.I.E has come to operate on a heightened level of success, becoming a $40 million dollar company with $12 million dollars in surplus as of 2009. Well-versed in the company’s by-laws, having written some of them himself, Chuck maintains an accomplished insurance executive status.
