I am Eisele D. Rigney, a Market Research Analyst in HLCS. I help businesses figure out who their consumers are, what those consumers want and how much they will pay for what they want. My responsibilities include interpreting data, formulating reports and making recommendations based upon the research findings. I work with my clients to understand, define and document the overarching business object.
