Evyatar Nitzany
Evyatar Nitzany is the former Electrophysiology Program Manager at El Camino Health in Mountain View, California. With over ten years of specialized experience, he brought a focused and disciplined approach to cardiac care operations. His leadership contributed to the development of efficient service lines, management of infrastructure initiatives, and successful efforts in achieving accreditation and national recognition for the program. Evyatar applied both clinical and technical knowledge in electrophysiology, working closely with teams to deliver consistent, measurable outcomes. His contributions helped transform the electrophysiology program into one of the region’s most advanced and rapidly growing programs. Through strategic planning and collaboration, he aligned patient care delivery with long-term program goals, supporting growth and quality improvement. Raised with a strong sense of purpose and commitment, he carried those values into his education and career. Nitzany began his academic journey in the United States, where he studied biotechnology and developed an interest in its clinical use. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Florida, along with a minor in Chemistry. He later completed a Master of Science in Biotechnology at the University of California, Irvine. To deepen his focus on cardiac care, he enrolled in the Cardiac Specialist Program at the Arrhythmia Technologies Institute in Greenville, South Carolina, where he received advanced training in electrophysiology. Evyatar started his career at Biosense Webster as a Clinical Account Specialist, where he supported the CARTO 3 mapping system and worked with physicians and hospital staff throughout the Bay Area. His role included technical support, clinical education, and hospital engagement. In 2016, he joined El Camino Health as an Electrophysiology Coordinator, overseeing advanced case support, equipment planning, and team training. By 2019, his responsibilities had expanded to include Interventional Radiology, as well as managing broader operations such as supply chain logistics, new technology rollout, and workflow standardization. In 2022, he was promoted to Program Manager. Under his leadership, the EP program experienced a 400% increase in volume. He directed the construction of advanced EP labs and played a key role in achieving Cath/EP accreditation from the American College of Cardiology. His efforts were also featured in EP Lab Digest, highlighting the program’s growth and innovation. Nitzany holds RCES certification and supports various community efforts, including contributions to Jewish organizations, educational causes, youth sports, and the performing arts. Evyatar Nitzany continues to influence the field of cardiac electrophysiology through thoughtful leadership, clinical insight, and a strong commitment to advancing healthcare systems.
