Pierce and fellow shareholders set the stage for transformation, broadening the company’s scope and vision to meet rising industrial demands. The company’s relocation to the former General Drop Forge Corp. site at 1740 Elmwood Avenue enabled growth in both capacity and efficiency. Under Ray’s leadership and later with his brother Lewis, Frontier expanded land and facilities, giving it the ability to process larger assemblies, handle heavier volumes, and streamline production schedules. This expansion helped secure its reputation as a dependable partner for state agencies, utilities, and contractors. Today, leadership is carried forward by Lewis G. Pierce and his son, Robert V.
