Hazel Parker

Hazel lives in Bedfordshire, UK with her partner John. For the last 11 years, she was writing for her own frugal living and parenting blog (The Newhouse Family), and has been approached for copywriting work because of this. She has been nominated and shortlisted for several awards during this time.  Hazel openly discusses and influences readers in living a green and eco friendly lifestyle. With her new blog Up The Wooden Stairs, Hazel and John share their experiences on their journey towards self sufficiency, and renovating their 100 year old home.  She has written specially optimised web content for SEO industry leaders Receptional Ltd for a variety of specialist health care and parenting related clients.
