I'm a medical anthropologist and professor at University of Waterloo's School of Public Health and Health Systems. I'm also Professor Emerita at Simon Fraser University's Faculty of Health Sciences. My primary home is in Ontario in Canada, and I have strong ties in the Vancouver, BC area, the US (Colorado), and elsewhere on the planet.
