Leila Blauner is Partner and Founder at Scalability Solutions™, working to create a world where people are happy, fulfilled and empowered at work by transforming the way organizations build and lead their teams. Prior to this, Leila spent over fifteen years managing projects and project management teams teams in advertising/marketing and software development agencies with clients across a broad range of industries. She holds an MS degree in Project Management from Boston University, a BS degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and PMP, CSM, and ACP certifications. She is based in Denver, CO, and enjoys being outside with her dog, traveling, music, and spending time with her friends.
