First & foremost, I'm a Christ follower. I've been a christian since the age of 8, raised in a christian home & followed christian beliefs. For me its not just a title "a Christian" but more a way of life. I certainly have not mastered it by any means. I am as human as the next. Just trying really hard to be Christ-like. I was born, raised & educated in upstate New York where I lived until 2007. Then I moved with my 2 kiddos to Arizona! My "kiddos" are now full blown adults, 22 & 18. & raised primarily by me as a single mom. It has given me plenty to pray about, trust God for & I've accumulated many life stories. One thing I know, it's my faith in Jesus that has enabled me to get through many challenges. I'm thankful for the sense of humor he has provided me because going it alone isn't always easy ---but then again, I've never truly been alone now, have I? BUT GOD..... I've been writing for years....some times I share my "stuff" & other times I think God just uses it for my own growth & therapy. For the items I choose to share here, I hope they'll bless you in some fashion. Some stuff is pretty raw, I don't sugar coat things I've been challenged with although I am respectful & appropriate. You won't find any vulgarity here but you will find vulnerability. I think transparency is good, what helps us grow & what helps others grow too! May the Lord Bless you---today and always! xo LM
