I am an artist/painter, playwright/composer, and a home gourmet chef with great friends who eat all my food. I constantly create new dishes that are really delicious and not terribly difficult to make. Good food is based on fresh ingredients prepared properly. I especially like make ahead dishes that keep the host/hostess organized the day of the dinner party.
