I have always been interested in health matters. As quite a sickly child, I transformed into a decent sportsman as a young adult. Then like many, as I moved into my thirties and forties I could see trends with my health that I realised were not sustainable. The death of my sister at 48 years from pancreatic and liver cancer was a further catalyst for me to start spreading the word about better health and nutrition.
