Laura Gail Diamond

The first question that everyone has asked me is who am I and how long have I been a trainer and why. I took on my first client about one year ago today. I took the ACE certification test in November and passed it in December of 2009. I hold two degrees one in Child Development and the other in Theatre Arts. I have been pregnant three times and have four wonderful children ranging from 2-9. The 9 year olds are twins. I feel fortunate that I have found a career that enables me to do the two things that I really love to do: help others achieve their goals and working out.
