The New Version of Me: I live in Charleston, Illinois with my two adult daughters. We adore our new life here, in our 1915 Craftsman era miracle house where we've lived since December 9, 2022. I retired from the career that is mentioned below in 2015, at at the age of 55. That was the best decision ever. Now I can live affordably within my SS retirement income, which I've been collecting since I turned 62 and within my pension. It was really difficult living within my pension solely because life events caused divorce the year following my retirement. Which in turn caused my expansion into a fuller version of myself. Life is beautiful. The Old Version of Me: I reside in JT and work 80 miles northwest in Moreno Valley/Riverside as support staff at the college. I plan to retire in 2017 because I am disgusted with the economy and the need to be enslaved until 65 just to get health insurance for the family, while education resources are dwindling while protecting the assets of the rich. I am reprioritizing my reason for living.
