I am a daughter of a proud Newfoundlander. I am a mother, aunt, sister, social justice advocate: Always asks the question, “WHY?”. A committed Anglican whose faith is continually replenished by the one and only advocate, Jesus Christ. I am a knitter, crocheter and I like to read and write about overcoming life’s challenges as it relates to mental health advocacy for myself and others around me. It is time to stand up to stigma just like we stand up to bullying everywhere. For the most part the foregoing blogs are of my own creative imagination based on real-life experiences; and if they are not, then I will be sure to attribute the proper notations as deemed appropriate.
